LET ME INTRODUCE MYSELF

I’m Claire

As a sensitive person and intuitive empath who has lived a varied life and faced my fair share of challenges, I have a huge amount of compassion and understanding for people facing their own life-changing moments.

I've spent the past 25 years honing techniques that support and uplift people as they try to make sense of, and move forward from, difficult personal and professional situations.

I've seen the most profound changes occur in myself and others through therapies associated with Energy Psychology. I am a Certified Advanced EFT Practitioner, also Certified in NLP and Hypnotherapy and I have a Diploma in Integrated Energy Techniques. I am also a Reiki Master of 30 years.
